Chauvet Rogue Outcast 1 BeamWash in for a DMX passthrough fault.
Issue traced to corrosion on the DMX out connector, causing intermittent signal loss through the chain. Connector cleaned and contacts restored.
Unit now passing DMX reliably.

Five ADJ 32 Hex Up units in for temp errors and missing LEDs.
Faults traced to individually failed LEDs, which were replaced. Temperature errors were caused by driver PCBs being installed in the wrong order during a previous repair, preventing correct thermal reporting.
All units now running with full LED output and stable temperature readings.

Both units stripped for internal clean, fans checked, faders and encoders inspected, and all boards cleared of dust. Firmware confirmed up to date as to what the hardware would allow and all functions tested across both surfaces.

GLP JDC‑1 in for a missing red segment.
Fault traced to a failed LED driver card and it’s inline fuse that had also blown, preventing the red section from receiving power. Driver card replaced and fuse swapped.
Unit now outputting correctly across all colour segments.

One of the charging pins was broken, preventing the affected slot from making contact with the fixture. Pin replaced and alignment checked across the bank.
Case now charging correctly on all positions.

Fault traced to a broken wire going into the output socket, causing the channel to drop out. Wire repaired and connection secured.

Elation Rayzor Blade S in for DMX passthrough faults.
DMX pins showed corrosion causing intermittent signal loss. The 1U passthrough PCB also had a loose connection affecting the DMX chain.
Pins cleaned, corrosion removed and the PCB connection secured. Unit now passing DMX reliably.
