Jands Vista EX controller composite setup in for multiple faults. No dmx out, broken ethernet and usb ports. Dmx ports had broken jumper cores in their link cables. Ethernet had bent pis and the usb had missing plastic with bent pins.

2x Clay Paky Aleda BEye K10 in for no zoom.

Both units in for no zoom, fault lay with the rotation home which wasn’t be detected consistently, one had a failed sensor and both had weak magnets

Chauvet Rogue R1 FX-B intermittent led output

This one came in with intermittent led output, causing colour channels to drop randomly. Fault lay with the led driver PCB but also the led PCBs themselves were also showing signs of failure. All replaced and the unit is now working correctly

5x Clen cl804 pixel bar controllers

These came in for non working input buttons and not responding to input data. Buttons were due to damaged ribbon cables and no input to data was due to damaged internal ethernet cables

This one came in for no output, with boards showing as missing on boot up. Fault lied with a broken data cable which was repaired and restored output

Martin JEM ZR45 in for constant fluid pump

This unit would constantly pump fluid even with the heat exchanger being cold. Fault was due to a shorted thyristor which kept power going to one of the pumps.

Fault lied with a failed tilt sensor causing the unit to not home or boot. sensor replaced and full function returned

Two Chroma-Q ColorForce II 72 in for damaged endcaps and feet.

Endcaps, bearings feet replaced, with all lenses removed to remove the individual ball bearings from the units.
